CSI INVITATIONAL 8-BALL (July 23-25, 2014) 16 Players (Winner $8K/ Runner up $5K)

So now since all 4 players of Group C are 1 win 1 loss each , the 1st tiebreaker of head to head will decide winner. And it is not fully in their hands anymore whether they go thru to semi - each player not only has to win his match tomorrow but also hope that player he beat before win his match

If Shane has to beat Cheng and hope Orcullo beats Ralf, Shane wins group
Cheng has to beat Shane and hope Ralf beats Orcullo, Cheng wins group
Orcullo has to beat Ralf and hope Cheng beats Shane, Orcullo wins group
Ralf has to beat Orcollo and hope Shane beats Cheng, Ralf wins group

Great shooting by Dennis, he only missed one ball and had a few bad breaks. 8 ball is fun to watch even if they break and run 80 percent of the racks.

Dennis also fouled by missing contact on the 1-ball trying to fit the CB between two other balls. The missed ball and the foul cost him a game each.

Yep, for some reason I thought he lost that game on a dry break, forgot that he fouled trying to spin around the stripe. Shane made a big blunder trying to boot that eight ball off the rail when he had a pretty easy out and that changed the whole match. Pretty solid shooting though, only a few mistakes between the both of them.

This event is just wierd. I would have lost quite huge money if I could have bet on Appleton even. I thought Ko had no prayer.
 
I had problems with a frozen stream earlier on PC on Chrome. Watching it with np on Mac Book. Might want to try iPad or another unit to see if it works

Group D similar to Group C situation. If Morra beats Buste it will be 1-1 for all 4 players and open group
If somehow Buste comes back and beats Morra then Ko and Morra are out and Buste and Appleton match will decide group winner

Had problem earlier also using ipad....it frozen often
Then switched to PC using Chrome and working fine since
