What were Ko's stats for last match? Looked to me he had one dry break and no errors, I think he plays 8ball just fine.

Ko was perfect (unless you want to view one dry break as imperfect). He had 5 B&R's on his 6 breaks, ran out after Appleton's two dry breaks, and got out after two misses by Appleton (one on Appleton's own break and one on Ko's dry break).

It was just a running joke that Ko does not play 8 ball well. LOL
of cos at his level with his monster break, top notch CB control, he can play 8 ball just fine. In fact in the next week's World Team Championship from 28Jul -3 Aug2014, which he will be playing in , they will play 8, 9 and 10 ball . 8 ball isn't his main game but he can play just like Wu :D

What happened there? Went out came back and saw bag on table and Buste unscrewing his cue and 8 ball still on table. He gave up last rack? so 9-5 right

After watching Mike chalk up his cue I have come up with a new nickname for the guy.

"Dainty" Mike Dechaine

This event is just wierd. I would have lost quite huge money if I could have bet on Appleton even. I thought Ko had no prayer.

No prayer ,,,,8 ball might not be his best game but it could be if that's what he played all the time ,, this guy should never be overlooked

seems like all pros play 8 ball great. The game is too easy for them unless you make the table super tough by either having very tight pockets and/or playing on a 10 foot table

Missed the last 5 min of the stream. Is MD or Ko moving forward?

Baby Ko went 3-0 in his bracket for a second time to make the semis yet again.

Big Ko actually has an outside chance to get out of his bracket and if he does the chance of another Ko vs Ko final is actually there.
