Karen Corr

Karen just finished 2nd in the American 14.1 Tournament losing to Darren Appleton in the finals. Along the way she ran an 83 and out in an earlier match and also bested Mike Dechaine 125 to -2. Karen is now playing at Turning Stone, next at the winner takes all $17K International Tournament of Champions at Harrah's in San Diego (Karen, Allison
, Kelly and Ga-Young) and next the Women's World 9 Ball in China. Point being what are the rest of the top U.S. based women players doing?

Karen a great story, running 73 and 52 to shut out Dechaine and also beating the very accomplished straight pooler Kevin Clark, who showed very strong form in August in New York at the Dragon 14.1 event.

Jennifer Barretta will play at Turning Stone this weekend. Several of the top ranked American ladies are playing in the women's World Championships in Asia in early October, Jeanette Lee and Jennifer Barretta among them.

Turningstone predictions. Comments on the Shane v Shaw race to 100. Did you guys watch it? How did that compare with other epic race to 100s that Justin has seen/produced?
