I was under the impression that Tice had stopped building cues.

My friend has an amazing Tice that he helped design himself but has been unable to get in contact with the maker.

Tice did stop making cues. He can still be reached though. This cue is amazing and I am very thankful that you allowed me to shoot some with it. Pristine is the only word to describe the condition and saweeet is the hit.
