Looks like mine, same bumper but my weight bolt is an allen head.
I agree about the bumper. And if no signature, the cue is at least 20 years old iirc.Meucci bumper. The rounded edges would be from normal wear.
If you look at the bottom points, I would have thought that they would be a bit more sharp than this one.
If it is a moochi why doesnt it say moochi on the cue ?
The finish is not all mess up where its possible that the moochi logo was rubbed off.
Anyone can buy a bumper that is that style.
All of the moochi replacement bumpers don't fit anyway in less you to take knife to it.
I would think it would of be pretty simple for any cue repair man to cut a house cue in half and pin it. bore it for a weight bolt and then replace the bumper.
How can any of you guys be 100% sure on this ?
One last fact that works against it being a moochi is its held together.
Shit all the moochi's i have or had have long sense fallen apart pretty much after 6 months.
Really? I have had plenty of Meucci cues from the 80s that held up very well over the years.
What's the oldest Meucci you've had?
If this one is a Meucci, and it has all the signs, it is a better hitting cue than many customs I've owned.
Either way, it's a great player,
