Awesome time. Myself and a few buddies went and stayed from start to finish and played both events. Bad part was late Thursday I got the flu !!! But was glad to see Hennessee win as I am from South Tennessee and have been friends for many years. To come back from all the issues shows some true grit. Really enjoyed watching the top players get it on and action was nonstop... As far as the tables they are the league cut (buckets) which is fine but lots of complaints as several rails are flat dead..But I am sure the newest owner Mr. Gamble will address this as he was very to attentive to what everyone has to say. He has been a friend for years and wants to improve every year. Several pictures and some video are on my facebook page...shootersdayton...jump on over and take a look.

There was some drama as far as Bergmans hit, richie not marking a game up, and some flat out sharking by players and non players...But thats part of the game I guess...Look forward to the next one !!!

There were a couple of players that would make moves or gestures just when someone was getting ready to shoot a shot...and also a couple of backers did the same...wont mention names but its flat out sorry...If you need to distract a player to win then do not play...I run a weekly tournament and if you do that in my room you are out...
 
There will always be some controversy when Hennessee is playing. Everybody has an opinion but watching him play a few times.... my opinion is that he will do anything to win. Different strokes for different folks I guess, but also glad to see that his game is coming back around after his accident. Everybody is different and thats what makes the world go round.

Earl is playing awful, turns into Mika... Shane gives Mika a snickers and turns back into Earl and USA win the mosconi cup! ;)

Yeah everyone is different is great. But sometimes the difference is between being an asshole and not being an asshole. Sorry, but *that* difference does *not* make the world go round. It is more like sand in the works. Not needed. Keep that crap on your own pool table in your basement.

"will do anything to win" basically reduces to "values winning at pool over being a good person". If I could choose between two worlds, one populated entirely by people who value being a good person, and the other populated entirely by people that want to win at pool at all costs, which one you think I'm gonna pick? Which one is *anyone* gonna pick?
