She Sharks Final Cast Set....here's the link.

This particular network averages 3+ million pairs of eyes for each of its shows, compared with TruTV 800K, SpikeTV 1.2M, Bravo, 1.6M, Animal Planet 1.8M, Discovery 2.25M, NatGEO 2.6M, most of which we have/had shows on. I have personally spent hours with these women, getting their back stories, so by the time of the series finale, you will know these women on a personal as well as a professional level. Their stories are just incredible and will be built into the show in various episodes.

Would this be the History Channel then? From the ratings results it looks like Pawn Stars is cable TVs leading reality show.

Well I know you cant say the Network so I will say what I think it is. I'm assuming it's A&E (which would be good for pool considering the name of it is Arts and Entertainment) which had Duck Dynasty for years. If I am correct, I have no doubt that you have at least 1 successful season.

Not gonna lie, im always a skeptic, but you are selling it to me well. I really want to watch it.

Deductive reasoning......who knows, maybe there is a place for you in the next season of Sherlocke?

I can tell you that I have been directly involved in the preliminary episode content meetings and after speaking with the women, this show will have something for everyone. Serious pool, serious fun and serious drama. This show may not be for everyone, but the network is going to cast a very wide net to reel in many different demographics. Now, there are 2 other networks working on shows, one of which may also be a good one and is being done by a close fiend of mine who was actually an EP on one of our shows for a series we shot for SpikeTV. The other network starts shooting its show in NY in a few weeks, and THAT network expects a lot of bar fights, broken beer bottles, cigar throwing in faces, and if THATS what you want from pool, you can enjoy that too.

I think the cast we have is a great blend of skills, looks and personality and all of that will be shown in a fast paced, highly dramatic way. We also are developing a list of A level athletes and entertainers that are now finding out about the series and want in, and thats a very good sign when they start coming to us.

Here is the deal -- i have no interest in tow truck drivers but I have watched more than one episode of South Beach Tow and Lizard Lick Towing.

If the content is interesting, and it seems that this Mark Axius has his pulse on what is watchable in reality TV today, then the show will be a success. To make it 'reality', they are using real pool players but beyond that, as he has described, the outlayers of the show which dive into the players personalities is what will make it a success. In the end, it will draw some people to pool. How many, who knows? I still don't own a tow truck no matter how many times I have seen Ron hookup a repo.

Let's just hope the women had smart agents.

Bobby, Bobby, Bobby, help me ;) Yeah, saw a few episodes of Lizard Lick, actually quite a few, and liked it. But it slowly turned into something else so I don't watch anymore, but they had me for at least 2 seasons ;)

Deadly Catch is my favorite reality show. They have real fishermen not actors. Your show has real pool players and you are very successful...BOOM...WINNER. Johnnyt

I only hope that if this pool show and any other pool shows make it big enough to give pool a shot in the arm like COM and The Hustler, that the powers that be and the players do a much better job cashing in on it for the LONG RUN. Johnnyt

I think it can only help the game. I'm curious where the Hustle bus is headed for production. If it comes to the KC area, I'm sure we can drum up some action :) Good Luck with the show and I'll be watching and sharing.

I am not allowed to mention the network until they release the information, which won't be for a few months. There is still a LOT of work to do and production starts in mid March. I can tell you that this network is the largest cable network on air and has had the #1 reality show for the last several years. And before you pass judgement, this show has been designed for BOTH pool players and non-pool players. There will be content to appeal to both, but the idea is to reach a very broad audience, and this particular network spends a LOT of money in advertising on competing networks as well as broadcast networks. I can tell you that the girls are VERY excited to work with each other. You may see 2-3 pool shows on TV over the next 18 months, but none of them will be like this. And if you don't know these women personally, after the series, you will, and you will want to check in for season 2.

Jeanette Lee, Loree Jon Hasson, Rachael Abbink, Akiko Kitiyama, Shanelle Loraine, Kathryn Fairchild and Dawn Fox.

This sounds great!! I am looking forward to watching this:)

Jeanette is going to ride around in a bus full of people for 10 weeks? Ok.

The "Not endorsed by" thing is amazing.

There is no chance that JL is going to ride around in a bus for 2 months. She will likely have special appearances along the route. Not much coming from the WPBA these days...sadly.

I'll be tuning in...not that there will be any "reality" involved. Suggested sub plot...have some top male players "just happen" to be in one of the halls...

I have friends who tune into The Weather Channel for the leg show and leave the house not knowing the forecast. It's not inconceivable that people (read: dudes) will tune in just for the eye candy and not care less whether it's billiards or backgammon.

They will film 10 weeks worth of shows in like 3 to 4 days like they did in vegas last time.

Wait a second here...are you telling us there is about to be a show about backgammon? That would be awesome & strip backgammon would be even better!

LOL at people that think is something positive for pool. How many mothers (or fathers) want their young daughters hanging around pool halls already? Pretty much zero. This show will only affirm their opinion.
