Good looking cue. You obviously know your way around a lathe and machining. These are employable skills here is the US. Come here and live the dream.

DBK beautiful cue. Do you work with or have access to holly wood? I am interested in a similar cue with holly butterfly and points. THx Tom

Thank you for the kind words.

Thank you, it's inspiring :). Do you have concrete proposals? ;)

Now I have on the work another similar cue. And a third in the near future will not be . A very difficult task, and now I'm not ready to repeat this "feat".:D

Here I used the Caucasian maple, almost as white as Holly.

Holy Shit is not strong enough , but not wanting to get banned either . Love this cue .

Good idea , Dmitry and family moving here , would love to see that happen .

Holy shit, you did it. Absolutely breath taking!

Yes I Am :). And how long possible to wait? ;) So maybe this cue will be on sale. If the challenger does not dare to admit defeat in the bet.

Thanks buddy :). If I were a little younger, maybe I dared to take this adventure. But I do not lose hope to visit you at least as a tourist.:wave3:

Tell me about this caucasian maple! Is it native near you? Have a picture by chance of the tree or maybe even a leaf? Is it abundant?

Awesome job on the splicing, BTW

Dmitrys cues are highly undervalued.

I hope to bring a lot of them to the US market over the next year or so.

People just need to start trusting in sending money overseas.

Hard with US cuemakers screwing over people though. I get the fear.

AWESOME work as usual buddy.

Thank you for the kind words, my friends :). Visits ... should think about ;).

To be honest, I can`t call biological name of the maple. Only geographically. Most likely the usual maple (maybe Acer platanoides), which are many in the Caucasus. Just a couple of boards was unusually white color, and the texture was almost invisible. A pity that almost ended.

I think your "caucasian" is a sycamore maple (A. pseudoplatanus) :)
