My wife gave me a lesson with Dr. Dave for my birthday this year.
I used to play when I was kid, but hadn't played until a couple of years ago, I knew what I wanted my shots to do, some days I was really on and the next day couldn't hit the side of a barn.
This was the best 2 hours I have ever spent on my pool game. I suspected my stroke was inconsistent because the cue ball rarely came off the object ball the same way twice in a row. Dave pointed out a couple of things "chicken winging" being the main culprit.
WOW, position play may actually be in my grasp now. Makes a huge difference when the same things consistently happen on each stroke.
I would highly recommend anyone struggling with their game to take a lesson, a few pointers from someone who knows is priceless.
And I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Dave he packed a ton of information into 2 hours, he is fun and articulate
and the time flew by.
Thanks Dave!
