Where do you guys get your 1/4" carbide bits from? I don't want to name anyone specific, but they are selling them for $60 apiece. When I do a search on ebay, harbor freight, or other sites, you can literately buy 20 of them for the same price, What is the difference???

When you say "bits" just exactly what are you talking about? Solid carbide drill bits, carbide lathe tooling, carbide forstner bits, horses reigns bits or just what?

The 1/4 tool post cutters with the brazed on carbide come in C2 for cast iron and wood .

The C6 grade is for steel and the bits will burn wood because they are dull.
Your best investment is a wet grinder for sharpening carbide and other cutting tools..
