Certain members shouldnt be aloud to buy or sale in the WFS

Personally I think the mods should look into this member and if what is said is true this member should be banned.

The members in this forum need to be protected from sellers like this, regardless if its hear on AZB or ebay .
These member should be put on probation if there business practices or transaction are not completed as what was agreed on.
Or the seller out and out never sends the product.
I like our wanted for sale section and to many honest sellers made the for sale section the best place in the world to shop for used and new cues to let some scum sucking pig come in here and give anyone the impression that the sellers in here are not honest men and woman.is total bull $hit.

Think of the for-sale area as a pool/billiards CraigsList. Buyer Beware. The mods shouldn't have to police the integrity. It would be completely different if this was a private site that everyone had to pay a subscription fee to access.

I am going to hide now from the word usage bomb JAM is likely to toss at you, I don't want any shrapnel or body parts hitting me when it goes off :)

Banning is in order for sure for anyone that is found to have cheated on a sale here or a member that did it on ebay.

You guys want con artists burning people in the wanted for sale section more power to you.
 
Do you mean the sellers that just keep making new threads for the same over priced cue, instead of bumping it.

I guess they think it will look like a better deal if it doesn't have 2 pages of bumps without a price drop.

No,
I am talking about new members joining the forum just to post a cue for sale that they never send after its sold.
This member sold a cue to another member but the transaction took place on ebay.
The buyer filed a claim with Pay pal , the seller is telling pay pal he sent the cue and kept saying he had to find the shipping tracking number, after a period of time paypal returned the buyers money.
During or at the same time for some reason the seller who couldn't deliver the cue to the person who bought it on ebay , also never edited his add he has in the wanted for sale section.....................

My thinking is if the cue was honestly lost when it was shipped and the seller honestly lost the paper work to prove to USPS that they lost the package and he needs to return the money to the buyer because he insured his packages every time.
When why didn't he honestly edit his for sale thread stating the cue is no longer for sale !

At this point the mods should do something, ( and I am not saying they are not )
Scammers need to be aired out..........
In this case the scammer really aired himself out.

As of which sellers do what to sale their products is/ or should be up to them as long as its with reason and they are honest sellers why not have some fun.

I miss the old days,
The only reason I play pool or buy sale or make pool products, is because I enjoy or enjoyed it...................
No one enjoys getting burned and having to hate some one.
