Hoping that Team USA can get to day three tied up or with a few game lead. The longer it stays close, the more I believe the crowd and the self confidence of the Americans will help carry them to their best finish since they last won it. I finally believe for the first time since 2012 that team USA has a chance.

Yeah I don't disagree with you, but in the end we've had plenty of good players on the teams even when we've been beaten badly, they just haven't played up to their normal ability. The fact that Justin Bergman may not have been playing as well last year as this year doesn't make up for the fact that SVB couldn't win a match last year.
If Team U.S.A can jump to a 2 or 3 point lead, that might be enough pressure to put on Europe to make a few mistakes. IMO everyone in the MC can feel pressure no matter what their name is. They haven't had much pressure from the U.S.A Teams for years.
On the flip side we will have to ALL play 100% of what we are capable of. To be the front runner is the key IMO. Johnnyt

Good thinking. With five matches a day, I figure we need to win at leat seven of the first fifteen matches to make day four matter for the first time in three years.
That might just produce enough energy in the venue to give Team USA the boost that takes it over the finish line.
