Inducing people to use your service with a promise it will be ready in x weeks and not getting it back in x years? Misrepresentation.
Incompetence in running his business (no matter how great he is as a cuemaker) is about the best construction one can put on the stories shared here. But there comes a point where business incompetence is no longer a justification for acts that, in any other context, would be recognized as fraudulent. And it sounds like that point is in the rearview mirror.
i've NEVER known or heard of him engaging in theft or fraud at any level. As a rule he is NOT reliable in delivering as scheduled, if that's a deal breaker potential customers are best served by moving on. i'll reiterate that i think the OP will receive his cue, and the work will be flawless, SOON.
