He could be "playing his games" under a different username. I would recommend at minimum sending the moderator a pm with the former username so they can determine whether he is still around.

Why are you coming across as such a jerk on this topic? The guy admits he made a mistake and is legitimately trying to save somebody else from doing the same thing.
I don't get why you keep harassing him?
PayPal as a gift is done all the time, it's not the correct way of doing it, but it happens. Guys do it all the time on side bets they make....just sayin.

The amount of money is not considered when it comes to lying and stealing ....
A little lie and taking just a few cents still makes a person a liar and a thief .
I think you got sucked into this personally but you still ripped pp off even if it was 5 bucks and that is a fact.

Please be honest , when you get your PP account you Check a box saying you have read and understand the rules and by putting a check mark in the little box .
Or they will not give you a PP account ...
in those rules instructions are what a gift is and what it isn't ...

I am not buying into the fact you don't know any of this or it just happened to forget about it ..

So did you send PP there fee ???????

Using PP as a gift when its not a gift is lying and stealing from PP ,is it or is it not???

It is and makes no difference how many people lie about sending money to some one and saying its a gift when its not , its still lying and stealing PP fees ............

The op got lied to and ripped off just like he lied to PP and ripped them off .

I don't think the OP is that bad of guy either , and never did .

The OP PM me and Its my impression is he like being 100% honest person in this transaction and is doing everything possible to be able to make that statement ...

I am happy for him that he feels that way.

If I get enough info on the con artist then I would be more then happy to keep a ear out for this person .
I will do what I can , now that I know what the OP is trying to do .
If the OP comes clean with PP they might help resolve this issue ..
They might get pissed at the OP too.

I hope the best for the OP and understand this was a tough deal for him and what he got talked into ...
