roll call...only those that have been here 10+ years.

I missed the RSB days, but was fairly active in the CCB from 01-06 before finally migrating over here. I mainly lurk now, but occasionally post.

Some of us were old schoolers half a dozen years ago ;).

RSB. Yeah. It was a thing! If you are in this pic, you are officially an old schooler. Some of us were RSB long before AZB!

Also, as long as we're traipsing down memory lane, here's one from the RSB Windy City Occasional, from Oct 2003.

BTW, back in the day, there were actually two groups: rec.sport.billiard and alt.sport.pool

2004.....

Funny thing is you'll have members just waiting, chomping at the bit till the day they can "deservedly" post in this thread..lol

How long has AZBilliards been around? I am pretty sure I was active on the forums at my previous job which was 98, 99.

Less then 100 posts in those 10 years. Probably only 20 posts at the old CCB in however many years I was there. Never a prolific poster. :). But, I still read at least 2-3 times a week.

Im not positive but i think there was a 'reset' of dates in 2003 perhaps due to a change in the type of forum software used. I think i was here before 2003 but not 100% certain.

I remember that reset as well, but I think it was 2004. When it occurred many of the early threads were lost, I know some of mine were. The new format was a good change anyway..

I was at an RSB tournament in Manhattan, not exactly sure when that was, late 90s maybe, drove up there with a friend of mine and he got to see the world trade center before it came down. I think we had maybe a dozen people there.
