Richard's signature is a thin, elegant style & the first two letters of his name Ri and Bl look odd.

I've never seen a cue maker date a cue with the month, day and year they finish a cue. Usually it's just the month and year.

I'm not trying to say this cue is legit, but Richard Black dates his cues with month, day, and year. It's the one thing this faker got right.
