Show us those vintage it's George cases!

5- 2x4's
4- 1x2's

I use these for mostly storage but when i carry in a george it's the brown or burgandy 2x4. George cases are great!:thumbup2:

Very nice collection. There are some truly beautiful cases out there now with amazing workmanship. But for functionality and durability, I could just never find a better case than my George cases. I don't see as many anymore at the pool rooms but when I do, I usually know there will be something special inside.

I bought this from someone over 25 years a go. I don't keep much when it comes to pool. If I don't use it anymore I get rid of it but this saw a lot of travel. I hung it up about 10 years a go because it was just to heavy for me to want to carry at big tournaments.

Those Joss branded cases are fairly rare.

Great case.

I would probobly sell it but I'm not sure its worth much .. I haven't played joss cues in a long time

I'm not really sure that the Joss branded cases are really worth that much more per se, although as Doc said they are somewhat rarer simply because they were only distributed by Joss. I remember them being on a Joss flyer if memory (foggy at this point) serves me. The patchwork and tooled cases would certainly be an exception. When it comes down to it, they're just fantastic cases that will last you a lifetime if you care for them.

Probably not worth much more than a similar George case without the Joss logo, but certainly some would pay a little more for it.

For a collector, condition is everything. If somebody was very serious about collecting that era of Joss I would expect they would prefer that logo 100% intact.

Also, we can't see the condition of the liner.

That leather would do nice with a cleaning and conditioning. You might be surprised.

It's a cool case. Enjoy it. If you want to sell it then see what some similar George cases have gone for, add 50 bucks, and take offers. More than one way to skin that cat, it was just my first thought.

Doc refresh my memory. The Joss branded cases were mid/late 80's up to early 90's correct?
