Justin Bergman looking to gamble

JB vs Eklenti Kaci sounds like a good match I've been a fan of Justin for years but I recently witnessed the youngster Eklenti and he's no joke I'd truly like to watch

I would agree that Klenti would be a handful. I was front row at Steinway Billiards a couple of weeks ago and was very impressed. This kid just graduated high school:eek:

So he's ahead of many American pool players already!

That was 8-ball correct. Big difference. I'm sure he's very strong.

There's a match on youtube of Kaci playing 9-ball at the derby. He's pretty good! I'd love to see how he holds up in a long action match.

Just my opinion but I think the only player in the world under the age of 20 that can play with Bergman is Joshua Filler and I don't even know if he gambles. Eklent Kaci is an amazing talent as is Fedor Gorst.

I'll never understand why some of the top pros don't just plan a trip where they hit multiple pool rooms around the country. Give the cities a little notice, post your schedule on Facebook, AZB, etc, and then play races to 5 with locals for $50-$100 until their arms fall off. Seems like an easy way to move around and pick up free money. I bet they can even find people in each area that would gladly host them for a night or two while they're in town.

I believe Justin's backer said he would not play any of the Filipinos, Taiwanese or Chinese. Can't say I blame him even though Sky played Ignacio in the Phillipines and played him close. Other than Shane, the only time in recent memory that I can remember an American beating a Filipino for the cash was 4 or 5 years ago at the US Open. I believe Donnie Mills beat Warren Kiamco playing rack your own 9 ball.

That sounds suspiciously like an honest day's work.
