World Pool Series Grand Final (8Ball) 31 Oct-3Nov

At 9:00 tonight, if anyone has a stream that is actually working, could you please post the link you are using? Thanks in advance.

The WPS website is not even functioning at this time.

In the HighRock Challenge Lo Li Wen gets a walk-over in the first round, and only had to beat Manny Perez to get into quarter-finals. Weak sauce.

At least Sierra only lost by two games, Appleton got smoked like a salmon.

It has been quite easy to find from the WPS facebook page. Haven't looked at their website the whole tournament.

Crazy stuff ..............

Orcollo and Pagulayan played 18 games in their match and made a total of 4 balls on the break.

15 minutes later, Shaw steps up for his first break against Chinakhov and makes 5 balls on that single break. [Who said this table is tough?] Then Shaw breaks dry 5 times in a row and 8 out of 10 after that first game. [Yeah, the table is tough.]

I don't think they made a ball on the break in 50% of the breaks this time (wps4)!
And I think you can see that most of the players do not have fun playing on that table....
In my eyes this is not a good developement for 8 Ball or pool.....

If Darren wants to play chinese 8 Ball than he should do THAT!

Shaw's breaks were the best I've ever seen in 8 ball, period.

the side pockets are an abomination and the 'take what you make" rule has proven to punish you for good breaking

Shaw and Ko did not make a ball on the break for their entire match in round 1.

So Shaw had 3 successful breaks out of 11 total?

Racker means a lot..

Perhaps we should consider who was racking?
- In the Shaw/Ko match Michaela Tabb was racking, nobody made a ball
. After the match, Jayson racked for himself and made a ball.

In the Alex /Dennis match, Michaela was racking

In the Shaw / Chinakov match it was RYO. Michaela Tabb was probably to tired after the four hour long filipino match to ref that one.

i add 1k to the purse, if one of the 4 left players hit lerner with the white from the break
otherwise a great event, i like those tables alot:grin-square:

I hate the stream table....those aren’t pool pockets.
I hate the ‘take what you make rule’....world class players...dive bar rule

I love this Albanian kid’s game....and poise beyond his years.

The High Rock Challenge finals are on now, Lee Van Corteza verses Lo Li Wen, race to 11, winner breaks.

Those that aren't logged in to facebook still should be able to watch. Whenever you get that annoying huge "must log in" pop up just click on "not now" at the bottom of it to sort of minimize it where it takes up less space at the bottom of the screen and then just proceed as normal and you should be able to watch the video regular size or full screen without any problems.

(you must log in to continue)

Why the hell not open it up?...is Zuckerberg putting any money into this tournament?
....FaceBook gives you a large audience....26% of the world’s population.
...why not make it accessible to everybody else...it’s a simple function.

I am watching without being logged in. Try this link to the main page, then scroll down to where you see the video with the red "live" box in the top left corner and try to play it from there and see if that works any better.
