Yup! Pump-n-Pose is synthol which I mentioned before. Back when I was into the bodybuilding world, you could always tell the guys using it. No striations in the muscles and a ballooned look.
For those who don't know what it is, it's an oil that's marketed as a topical solution to enhance your appearance on stage under the lights. However, it's real usage is injections into the muscles to swell them and stretch the fascia surrounding the muscle. You generally see it in the chest and arms. It's stupid but, no more stupid than the extremes some of the guys go to anyway.
