Long cue

several months ago I was playing with a 68 inch 24 ounce cue that JC on
AZ made for me to experiment

I played by far the best pool of my life
I decided to give pool up and sold everything

Mark Gregory talked me into buyinga new table so I ordered some cues to try and started hitting balls

GETTING TO THE POINT

i bought a bunch of good cues, but I feel like everything is off,its me
I am no longer stroking,i am very awkward over the ball

i ordered some long cues to see if that will bring back the magic

i really think it will

THE MORAL OF THIS STORY

don't try the long cue, because you may not be able to play with anything else

or

Don't quit and expect to come back the same

Interesting, I have never played with anything longer than a 60. I guess the added problem is having to buy a longer case! :)

Surely you are of sufficient intelligence to realize that when you don't do something often, it doesn't feel like you been doing it often?

Stick with it or don't. Carry on.

Surely you know this is a precursor to a long cues for sale thread ? Dont worry there wont be any pictures to confuse you;)

I've never understood the story with no pictures sales technique, seems to work for him though haha

my hands are clean,my heart is pure,
i don't even own a long cue

how could you guys post such stuff

i will post some pictures of my empty closet to prove that i have no long cue
let alone for sale

you guys

Moral of the story.......it's not how long its how you use it. And a short one is a strong one. .......pool keeps coming back like bad habit. There is only one way out....get to 8 first.
