Does JB even play anymore?

Yes, and he's a monster for sure

Here are 352 games he's played in the last 6 months or so--all on 7-foot tables. He performed at about 755-speed for these, about where we expect him.

Contrast that with Justin Bergman. Justin has played over 400 games on 7-foot tables in the last 6 months or so (actually he's played more, but there are still some holdout tournaments that keep their match results secret). Justin has performed at 791-speed--again right about where we expect him.

People are slow to understand this, but players who play a reasonable amount on both size tables do not perform so differently. Jesse Bowman would perform around that 750-speed on a 9-foot table as well. People really tend to exaggerate a few subtle differences.

Get ready to be told you are wrong....again lol. Even when you show them proof, they still argue with you.
Keep up the good work

Just for the sake of argument...

While they may be close to equal in skills on each table I think they have differences.

Skyy and Justin B would be much higher on any odds to WIN list on a 7 vs 9 ft tournament.

Alex, Jesse, Shane Mc, Danny S, also all much higher on an odds to WIN list 7 vs 9.

MIke D, Johnny, Rodney, Earl, Oscar would all be higher on a 9ft odds to win list.

It seems like Fargo Rate has more to to do with individual match ups vs winning a tournament.

JMO

Also if on a 9ft and Shane is there they are all playing for 2nd American anyways.

But but but

$100/ game for about 16 hours will expose some things that a race to 11 against a dozen different people at different times does not.

Definitely not a joke.all you have to do is post your money. Chip ain’t woofing, he called it a prop bet, because the players have to eat the”edibles “obviously some players don’t use marijuana so they wouldn’t be able to make the bet. But you better believe chip is serious and all you gotta do is show up
And post up

Music City Open calcutta is going on now this event is on 7fts

Sky was 1st pick over some of the players that he prolly not the favorite over on 9ft

Shane is about the only player that ever goes ahead of Sky in any of the big bar table calcuttas and Sky has been picked a few times ahead of Shane.

Sky has a great record on these tables you could put anybody in the world in the field and Sky would still be 1st pick i have seen him go in front of SVB,Alex and Dennis in these bar table events lol

Sky sold for 4000

2nd pick sold for 2700 Roberto Gomez

James Aranas sold for 1600 and he has a better Fargo than Sky

Lots a great players in the field

9 ft tables:

Mike Dechaine is inactive, so he is omitted from consideration. If he comes back in his previous form, he'd be my #2.

1. SVB
2. Justin Bergman
3. Billy Thorpe
4. Dennis Hatch
5. Jeremy Sossei

7 ft tables.

No idea.

thank you

I don’t understand how the guy is making a “serious “ challenge involving both players needing to eat multiple edibles in short time. I’m assuming the guy has a huge tolerance n feels he won’t be negatively affected and is hoping others will therefore giving him the edge. My point is that it’s completely unrealistic unless someone uses edibles similar amounts because anyone without a huge tolerance will basically be so clouded n tired and groggy and not in any shape to do anything but lay down so why even post it unless it’s a joke? Idk I guess to each their own and I’m aware things are diff in Cali but where I live he might as well be the same as a dope fiend saying he ll play anyone that shoots up a bundle of dope.

Not saying dope n edibles are the same what I mean is the effect would likely tranquilize a horse so it just seems pretty wild to challenge the world to a pool match for 20k if they both consume multiple drugs after each set

Kirkwood and Bobby Pickle had a similar match a couple years ago. They had to finish a beer after each game. I think I recall that they would likely end up drinking a case each. Kirkwood won.

That's what I was gonna say...certainly been done with beers before.

regarding bar tables-i would have to assume the cue ball plays an important part. especially the size of the cue ball.
ball A: the cue ball that is slightly bigger than the object balls. this of course being that if the cue ball gets scratched it comes back down the chute.
ball B: cue ball the same size as the object balls.
i'm guessing that some of the highly rated players that excel on 9 ft tables struggle a bit on barbox because of ball A.
just a theory.

I set that game up between pickle and kirkwood and they had to drink a beer every 15 minutes and those both probably drank a six pack before they started. Kirk wood started to complain that Bobby wasn't keeping up on the drinking. It was funny to watch they both had fun.
