A tale of World Champions: Dan Louie's shot against Shane Van Boening

Sorry, I'm late, I had a life I was living, I think..... Anyway, bro, pal, maybe your diagram was a little off.
Did you read the whole thread? I don't think you did. Please, don't post about stuff that's already been established.

I read the whole thread. And don't tell me how to post. As you diagramed the shot, I still agree with Steve. As he said, I'm sure it was a great shot, but it was not as you diagrammed it.

I don't understand why you people would try to criticize Belmicah. He explained that the diagram was somewhat off, he posted the diagram to the best of his memory. He was trying to share with us an amazing shot that he saw, and then people start getting on his case about it, even after Shane AND Dan verified it. Belmicah is SHARING with us, showing us a great shot, and people want to attack him for it. Would you guys rather we just talk about what the best tip to use is? Forget amazing shots, layered vs non-layered tips are waaaay more interesting. LOL

That's all fine and dandy. But I just stated my opinion, and then he got a little rude IMHO , which I didn't appreciate.

Micah, I believe you. After making an incredible run of 4 or 5 fantastic shots in a row to beat Mike at BCA Regionals (Mike says it was the most impossible runout he had ever seen), I asked him what he was thinking about and he said he didn't know, but he figured with a bar table, he had a chance of making every shot.

And he just pulled this zinger out on Mike at Shotze's...he could barely reach the 11. (Shown on Cuetable, banked to A. Not sure where the 8 or Mike's balls were; he only showed me the bank. Sorry, don't know how to draw the pathway lines in.)

Mike got even this weekend, beating Danny 7-4. Todd beat Rafael in the finals 11-8. Rafael did not play well at all though! I was able to tape half of the match before we left.

Mike got beat by Arlo, with a behind the back jump shot!!! I taped that one and will try to get it on youtube. It helps that Arlo is 6'6".

Let's see if we can get the SouthDakotaKid on here himself, and see if he remembers the shot. It was early in the match. I think the score was 1-0 or something (maybe 1-1, or even 2-1).

If he does he will be the first great player that ever remembers anyone beating him.

I remember every shot I missed and every shot that beat me in 2007.

Related to which, cuetable.com is now completely dead. It is unfortunate that people posted links to it rather than screen captures. Another example of a third-party site that has evaporated.
