Shane hits the head ball too good, I doubt Corey would want to fade that. I know I wouldn't want to deal with that nonsense. Maybe neutral racker but who would want that job.
Justin had a good head ball break going for a while and he got kicked a couple times and he has gone away from it. He should try to go back to that, I think he ran a couple 3s doing that which he will need to get back in this match. I see no benefit in leaving a tough layout when you break dry against Corey, he is getting through these racks masterfully. I'd give up trying to outplay him and play some pure runout pool and try to outbreak him.
Probably too late though and this thing is over.
They had the QCity Tour there this weekend too. 3 of the pros decided to play in it. It was verr entertaining

Corey's strategy with the second ball break is definitely going to work against someone with a weak break. He found a break where he can make BOTH corner balls at a good frequency.
Against someone like SVB that hits the head ball, gets a great spread of the balls, and typically makes multiple balls on the break, SVB would put so many big packages on Corey he would easily be able to spot him 3 games.
If I was Justin, when this match is over, I would spend two weeks doing nothing but hitting 8-ball breaks until he figures out a head ball break where he can consistently make balls.
I really didn't think that Corey's mind would be able to hold up running extremely difficult and clustered up racks all night, but he's able to do it and it doesn't seem to mentally drain him.

Don't know the exact scores, but Bergman won the first set. Corey won the next two and is currently leading the 4th.
Set 1 -- 30-27 Bergman
Set 2 -- 30-25 Deuel
Set 3 -- 30-21 Deuel
Set 4 -- 20-12 Deuel so far (resuming in 10 min.)

Actually, I'm a 66 year old with diabetes and heart disease currently on eight prescription medications that no longer has the patience to go back a re-read a bunch of posts that have no bearing on the score.
What I presumed would happen when I asked for scores is that some kind-hearted person would answer my question and be done with it. I see no reason for smart-ass comments. If you don't want to answer my question, then simply scroll past my post and go on with your busy life.
