I've received an inbox message to report you to the FBI. I don't think that's necessary. I just want my money back.
I saw something on the internet where she says all refunds were processed. How much does she owe you? I think less than $500 you may just want to move on and lesson learned- what are the alternatives? I think it has been a few years. She has done permanent damage to her image- or just got burned while in the middle of a promotion with no financial back up plan after spending entry fees in the set up process.
Just chk'd and you're correct. She said, via Twitter, that refunds had been processed. I think by now if don't have it you're not getting it. IMO her credibility is about zero.

I kind of figured the money is gone. But it doesn't hurt to keep inquiring. A sponsor paid the entry fee so that company is the one who is out the money. I feel badly about that. We should have just done a charge back on the credit card but we were told it would be coming so.... anyway. Prepaying for future events will take some thought.
At the time, I mentioned that those who paid their entries should have disputed the charges through their credit card, but for some reason many did not thinking she would pay them back in time. I'm not sure that the dispute route is full proof but would have given you better odds than waiting on VV.
Vivian and Glen are on an extended road trip currently - overseas! Vivian is playing pool and Glen is selling glue. They will have lots of money when they return and everyone should get paid then.
