An interesting shot

At DCC one year Efren, playing 1p, cross banked a ball off the point on purpose. Of course, he IS the GOAT. BTW, he lost the match to the very under-rated NoCal player Billy Palmer.
 
Bad idea. The three rail is a better option or a simple one rail bank.

It would be quite a shot to pull off, but hit at medium speed, if will often leave a good bank on a miss and if the point of the pocket is missed, it can really go wrong.

This shot should only be played as a trick shot in my judgement.

I understand there is another option there, just discussing that shot. Efren has said he often comes up with shots seeing how things happen on accident.

The shot would have been better if I could have put some traffic in the way to where it took other shots off the table.
