Why is everything handicapped in the US or how to improve as a B-ish (or 525-ish) player?

So, back-to-topic, I ran into the local APA league operator and she said there is no Master Division right now, but they got other inquiries and are looking into it. If it happens, it would be very most likely on small tables. Which is the other big "seriously?" for me here in the US.
- Play in local majors that dont have a handicap.
- Match up evenly with better plays (get spotted, but make sure it's even) for something cheap whenever you can.
- Practice by yourself.

There is no set skill level for APA Masters, but really only the better players play in that division.

615 and below is not a C level tournament those are A and B players at that level.

We have sever 8 ball tournaments weekly we’re is live, one is A -
B Scotch Doubles, the remainder are open.
Pots are pocket change for winning, or second. Those those who play like competition.
That is what they call them. I agree with you but they can call it what they want doesn’t matter to me.
They say I’m to good to play in them. I only have a few games in the system.
If you are trying to get better, the 615 and under tournament is not the one you should be getting in.
Since you have very little robustness, you technically don't have a fargorate. It sucks when tournaments require the 200 game robustness to play. Kind of a catch22 since you need to play to get the games in!
Whoever is setting the levels for that handicap does not know pool very well. Anyone over 600 Fargo is in the A level. This is a bit like when I played in a place in Florida they had me in as an A+++ and their pluses went up to like A+++++++, which is what happens when you start out with the wrong ranking for players. You make D players "B" players now all of sudden for the players that are actually B and A you need to make a bunch of A levels for the higher levels. "Wow, Bob is the best player we have, he can make 4 balls in a row, he is an A player" "Now Joe can make 5 balls, he must be an A+" "WOW! This guy Jim, I seen him run out a rack, he must be an A+++++++" Just comes from not knowing how to rate players.
It’s not because of my robustness that I’m not allowed to play. The crazy thing is they limit by your fargorate but they don’t report to fargorate. No where near where I live reports to fargorate, I’ve played from Indianapolis to Nashville and have less than 100 games in the system. I’ve won some good tournaments in this area and they know me is why I’m not allowed to play. I’m far from being good but they aren’t going to let me in the 615 and under.
It is about your robustness. The feel you play higher then what you are rated and you said it's because you dont have that many racks in.
If youve won some good tournaments in the area, why are you sweating the 615 and under?
