PBT no longer exists. Looks like this outfit purchased the name/image.

Given the above, I seriously doubt these people were looking for someone to sell them a logo.
According to the probilliardstour.com website, "a group of the top players reunited with former Commissioner Don Mackey to launch a reconstituted PBT". They are planning to "begin producing and distributing an exciting array of new billiards focused content". Some pros advertised as being directly involved are Mike Sigel, Kim Davenport, and Reed Pierce. Also advertised as being directly involved is cue maker Paul Drexler. For all I know the whole thing could be a scam orchestrated by some third rate web developer sitting in a grass hut in Nigeria, or it could all be true. If the claims don't have any legitimacy I suspect the websites will disappear quickly because too many people have been advertised as being involved and if that isn't true they are sure to start raising hell about it here very shortly.
And according to this, "the Professional Billiards Tour (PBT) has entered into a development agreement with Sportzplanet USA LLC, a division of Sportzplanet PTE Ltd, Singapore. Sportzplanet will immediately begin phase one work on PBT’s “Meta Billiards” platform, an immersive virtual world, filled with all thing’s billiards." This news could also be anything from completely made up by a Nigerian scammer to completely real for all I know.
