I had a really good friend who lived in Green Bay. His wife had a standard poodle that Jim had to walk every morning at 6:00. He swore to God that when the dog hiked his leg to piss that it freeze before it hit the ground. Me and the guys always called BS on him, but he swore to it until his dying day.It is cold up north for sure. But at 8500 feet it is common to see male dogs frozen to trees.
