Efren's Derby Cue...???

Anybody know what it is? Looks like a blue wrap and some blue logo on the shaft.
here is a look at it

That’s so funny. It’s an even bigger endorsement to Predator him covering up the logo.

Like Corey using the 314 shaft for 10 years and sanding off the logo.

It still blows my mind he switched to a predator last year during stateside play, this late in his career. I know he tried them decades ago and hated them then due to the aim differences. Joeyincali wrote about it at the time.

Edit, and this from a predator player since 1998.

You'd think Predator would go all-out to let the world know he's using their stuff. Throw him some spending $$ for petes sake. Colossal fumble on their part imo.

It wouldn't matter if it was a lathe turned broomstick, warped from sun exposure. Just hand it to Efren and watch him go! LOL
I TOTALLY agree that if Predator is not begging him to take their money for sponsorship they are crazy.

How many threads are asking which cues other players are using?

That’s a round-about way of saying, I agree with you.

what cue brand did he represent?
He had his own line for a few years called 5280 or something like that. And he’d put the 314 on it.

He came to (both of ours) home room Drexeline Billiards, in PA, in the mid 2000’s with Gabe. He borrowed my buddies 314 and we bet against him in the one pocket ghost. I saw the best pool I’d ever seen. He ran a 14 and a 15 consecutively in his final 2 innings to get the dough.

that was his brand? good break cues, and they had a scuffer in the butt cap.
