Tip glue - the best or preferences?

Been doing tips locally for decades. I started out with epoxy then switched to Super Glue Gel and since that is gone, I went to Loctite 401 years ago. I only do tips and occasional fiber pad. It seems to be working very well.
Have you guys used the 401 or something different? Looking for opinions on what is good and/or reviews.
Thanks in advance
Rick

You're opening a can of worms here asking this.

Loctite is well respected. If it's not broke don't fix it.

Personally i like using a gel because it gives me a few seconds to adjust the tip since I'm doing it by hand.

If you search back through the tip glue threads I think you'll find the most mentioned will be Loctite Ultra Gel Control. I've been using it for years with no issues. You'll always find a few tip/ferrule combinations that will be more difficult to get to stay on (I'm looking at you White Diamond), for these I use epoxy without a failure (so far). :)

At DCC Blackburn were using Loctite super glue professional liquid (blue-ish looking bottle). I figured as they do so many then they know what works the best. I took a photo of the bottle so I'd remember it being more than just 'Loctite' - this is it:

I'm not a cuemaker, but I do tips. I will only use Gorilla Glue Gel. It's great stuff, I've never had a tip pop with it. I've installed milkduds, layered tips, kamui clears, white diamond, hammerhead 2 break tips, on playing and break cues. It's good stuff.

I've been using Loctite 401 for years and I'm happy with it.

Try Lenox blades. The best I’ve ever used.

Too thin for my liking and it gums up the tip.
But, it's really strong.
I like smaller containers.
Rapid Fuse is pretty good.
Nothing wrong with the pro gel Loctite either.
