i think the other time were one day sets (tony won). it might have been back to back sets so two days in total, don't remember.

At California Billiards they had to separate races to 10 I believe. Tony won both $5000 sets. Maybe 5-6 years ago

I've always found them to be about as accurate as any handicapping system. There will always be players having good days and bad days but overall, things tend to average pretty close to what the rating suggests.

Right, how often people win and lose to each other, how could that possibly tell us anything about how good players are in comparison to each other.
