How do these diamond tables play so badly? vid

Of course you missed the point, it's called elimination of all outside interface, leaving only the player and the cushions to be evaluated! If the problem with banking short is the cushions as everyone claims, the banking short should still be a problem, right?????
Oh forgive me... So you're saying that if someone polishes the OB with johnson paste whatever, then the diamond will bank perfectly...?

What I'm saying is, even under flawless environmental conditions, Diamonds bank short. Not terribly short, but a tad short regardless. Using a bandaid to prove it can be corrected is useless.

If you're looking to argue, I'm not playing!

Under those same conditions, all other brand tables will bank and kick long. That's why I have "under similar cloth, ball, and environmental conditions" bolded on my Diamond Tables Banking and Kicking Short resource page. If you want to compare different pool tables or different brands, you need to do so under the same conditions (ball, cloth, and environmental). All tables bank longer with new/slick cloth with polished balls in dry conditions, and all tables bank shorter with old/dirty cloth and balls under humid conditions. The point is this: Diamond tables (especially unmodified Red Labels and bar boxes) bank much shorter than all other brand tables when comparing them under similar cloth, ball, and environmental conditions.
except for mine for some unknown reason lol

There are several possible explanations, assuming your table was not modified:
- nose cushion heights higher than normal.
- loose rail bolts.
- balls slicker than typical conditions (e.g., waxed).
- very new/tight/clean cloth.
- etc.

Not modified in any manner
Rail bolts are tight
Balls are clean but not waxed I use the Aramith products or Tiger product
I do clean the cloth but it is 5-6 years old not but not a great amount of play on it.
To my recollection this table played like this from the factory why I have no idea!

I’m sorry I have not read all 13 pages of this thread
has there been a conclusion as to why the rails played so short?

I think nearly everyone agrees Diamond Black cushion plays a bit short. QC, or weather seems the culprit all else being equal.

Hey you,....
I can do both if I choose to. What if I do have the heat and the AC on at the same time? (Why did I just think of my Ex wife?). I Love, the game,I just Hate MY gameplay of it sometimes.
Microwave oatmeal?? seriously? I bet you wave it just to get the 1/2 cooked "crunchy" parts.
Hey Look....don't bring X's into this. Hate my game also... best game was a Fri night at the bars/clubs...I had more lines than a fence.

The hilarious conclusion to all of this if you assume Glen is correct.

Is that Diamond tables truly do suck now from the factory, as seen in the video...wait doesn't he work for Diamond?

1 no I'm not calling 2 who cares 3 they are capping at 650 now

Funny, we didn't have any complaints at the event and I even played some
Our stream ran all week and not one mention of table banking tight

I can't see his video but it's Weiblehause and he is a full on dick head

I brought up his video on lap top

Look at cue ball position and if he hits that with right hand English, it would do what he shows

Also- he didn't ask us shit, he waited to put it on AZB

Guess who won't play in my event next year

RKC I know my video is not well done and hard to see but can you try to explain why my Red label plays on system? When I play 3 rails to opposite corner pocket I am at the 1st diamond past the side pocket not the 2nd like most tables.

Now everyone knows the rest of
