I think we need a billiards digest interview with our very own SJM.
Stu is a well groomed and dressed representative of our game and AZB,well played.

It is true, Stu brings pool community members together.
If I had to start my pool journey over again it would be: dad, books, film, superfans (Stu, ...), players.
Players would be the last to meet, they are least polished in social skills. Ask FranCrimi for stories.
A good superfan like Stu can keep the community together.
I'd gamble on Stu to suggest ideas for how to organize a fan community.
He is at the most events and has the best access to the players.

Pool Journey?
Pool is not my full time any more. I have to pick and choose my moments in my pool journey, pool fantasy, pool hobby.
I never went pro, but I definitely trained to a serious degree.
I would hate to look at it as anything less. It was substantial amount of time I dedicated. I look back on it with fondness.
Writing fits my schedule better.
