Fellow on Ebay auctioning cue with Adam-lion logo described only as "2 vintage pool cue stick set". Is this an Adam cue? Bid now at $63 shipped and includes a second not-Adam cue. Auction ends Wednesday morning.

eBay provides A.I.-generated words for posts. These cues are "a must-have for any billiards enthusiast".

Yes vintage Adam cue - why call seller clueless - most people should not be expected to know about cues - it is a very niche area in the total realm of goods sold.

The cue does not have much value regardless of seller knowledge about cues.

If by not 'much value' you mean less than $125? You are correct. I am guessing these two cues will sell for close to $125 because enough buyers recognize one of them as an Adam cue. Without that identification? Closer to $60. Stay tuned for auction end Wednesday.
 
Can't say I've seen any of those with the 2-piece forearm. Someone may have modified it.
 
A lot of of the Carom and Snooker cues came with screws in shaft, Confirmed. Looks legit. Circa early 90's.
 
Without regard to Bob Jewett's knowledge, I have never observed him to behave as anything less than a consummate gentleman -- the epitome of class and grace even though encountered by the basest elements AZB can offer.

I, on the other hand, suffer under no such impediment, so allow me. Who in the fuck are you, and how long is it going to take for you to remove your sorry self to more suitable environs?

I own a Adams / Helmstetter cue with what I believe to have a nature joint and ferrel that belonged to a long time friend it's very lite maybe 17 oz if that and hits a ball very well IMHO
 
I have a friend with some very nice Adam cues. He said it's an Adam. ;)
