This whole thing has gotten so stale. nobody is going to adjust their position and have some kind of prophecy. Just love your brothers and sisters regardless and live and let be.

You’re right. I think some prejudice should be reacted to - but a little goes a long way, and this has clearly run whatever useful course it had. Our bad.

im all for acting against prejudice, I don’t think anyone would question that. The issue is, we are just allowing the hate speech to continue, these bigots are not going to change. They get off on continuing the argument so they can display hate and demean others not like them.
 
Like everything in life it evolves.

The advertising of anything being gay Is so gay people can get together and hopefully hook up and meet their future companion. The dating pool for gays aren very low compared to straight people. I try not to attend their events out of respect. Imagine throwing a party somewhere hoping for single ladies but you get a bunch of married couples. Just like how my buddy and I were mistaken as gay because we are at their place.

It has now evolved to anyone can attend even straight people.

I can see why people are hesitant about attending. I see it as some sort of a social dating event too.

It could be advertised as a regular event with proceeds towards the charity.
