They got a nice enclosed booth (behind SVB with the scoreboard above its glass) so no one can hear the Mouth.Annoyingly loquacious
Speaking of that SVB/Gomez match, Sigel declared that it was the first time he had ever watched a full SVB match. Perhaps he closed his eyes during the 3 SVB matches he commentated in the International Bigfoot event last year. They got a nice enclosed booth (behind SVB with the scoreboard above its glass) so no one can hear the Mouth.![]()
Have a look at top 15 sealmotivational speakers just in case...On a side note…anyone else run into the guy with the Navy Seals museum logo shirt? He claims to be a Seal, a motivational speaker, author and motivational coach for the USA billiards team. I heard him spewing this BS to at least five different people.
If anyone thinks this guy ever was a Navy Seal, I’d love to take that wager. Nothing frosts me more than people claiming stolen valor.
Sorry. Rant over. Maybe I’ll have a chat with him tomorrow.
When Mark Wilson captained the US Mosconi Cup team, he had an ex-Seal, Amar Pishdad, helping him. Is that who you are talking about, or is it someone else?On a side note…anyone else run into the guy with the Navy Seals museum logo shirt? I hate when someone says a player "gifted another player the match" or "gave it away." But Shane owes Gomez a beer for this one.Just watched the video of the Shane - Gomez Bigfoot. Can someone kindly remove the horseshoe out of SVB's butt?
Yes, that was a nice little comeback from being down 9-5, but how many times would he even have had a shot on that final 10 ball?
Welcome to AZB, MikeI think Sigel is great in the booth, probably the best we have right now. Reminds me of Incardona with the overall enthusiasm and the quick, salient points about each shot. His anecdotes (when limited to a few shots or between racks) are a refreshing addition as well. Hope he does more events in the future.
