The fact that after a couple of years now, the commentators still have to tell the viewing audience which ball is the four and five. The correct ball colors have long been ingrained into our consciousness and do not need any interpretation. This may have been the single biggest insult to American pool that Matchroom has made. It shows a total lack of respect for a long standing integral part of our sport. To me ball colors are sacrosanct in our game. In other words untouchable!

Can you imagine changing the five ball in snooker to pink? The entire snooker world would go crazy! Of course Matchroom would never do that, would they.

They don't exist.

Barring certain extremes, the balls will always behave exactly as they should. It's physics.
