I was bartending in clubs all through the 80’s. Never liked New Year’s Eve—amateur night.
David….did you know that Alec Baldwin was born in Amityville NY?
I knew the Baldwin family. Alex is a little older than me, Billy was around my age, same bars and house parties back then. They are actually from Massapequa (neighboring town) so we went to different high schools. Alec was probably born at Brunswick Hospital which was in Amityville.

Yup.
I had an old eighteen wheeler with bad exhaust. I could blow by huge racks on the shoulder at eighty and they never looked. Drop two RPM and they exploded out of view!
