What a draw for Andy Goldstein (and for the UK media).

Even easier to hype up his game now that he has drawn Earl Strickland.

Goldstein is a quite well known in the UK - he's presented loads of TV shows including pool/snooker ones. His Fargo is around 620 and is used to TV cameras/reporters etc. so might be able to put up at least some sort of resistance. How much though? We shall see...

i don't know if earl is still tv table material for MR. either way, i've seen andy play and he might win a match on the loser's side if he's lucky. fargo 620 is usually two and out in these events.

Are you 100% on the parking? I was split between driving and flying. That will definitely push me towards flying.

Unless they have a special policy in place for the event, yes. I called and if you are eating at the Venetian Chop House💰, parking is complimentary. Here is what google's AI search tool says:

Since I had a car when I was there for the Mosconi Cup, I opted to stay at a next-door property and walk over. I don't think players have that option, so fly.
