First of all the cue is not a Huebler cue from Paul’s custom shop, it’s a production model produced in the 1970s. As far as, the name goes, from time to time, you will find cues with the original owners name engraved in the butt cap, it’s not uncommon.

I had my name put on by Huebler in the ‘80’s. They didn’t use that font. More like the size letters in Huebler on the logo. Then again, they could have engraved in a different size etc…
Yes, typically it's recognizable as Huebler engraving from what I have seen.
But as you say, they could do anything.
I never heard claims of the ability to float on a walnut, but sheeeeeat...
It can seem like that, but the biggest confirmed hit so far isn't even 1,000 pounds.
