Yes, it was somewhat in vogue about 10-12 years ago and was used a few times in the Super Billiards Expo 10-ball event.

much better commentary, better stream, better camera work, at least two streaming tables (three even sweeter). I'm sure they could do that at no cost at all, it only takes someone to whisper to their (sheiks) ears. Also build bigger stands for Last 4 at least, and let all the Filippino seasonal workers in. Then you get an atmosphere.

They even could stream every single table by their technical means, with the way the venue is set up. Just buy a decent camera and a tripod for 8 tables, for starters.

I believe the camera work was the best I have seen in a long time, but it could be better. That front view definitely needed to be zoomed in better.

I don't like tournaments where they follow around the face of a player rather than showing the table. For one thing it makes me feel woozy.

I think I could try to pull some strings, as I know someone who is there in Qatar. Hopefully it could get better next year.
