Thanks for the feedback. I just placed an order. Stock was really low.

I tried SIBs during the down time and really liked them as well, so I am reordering them also.

I know I was told there is no need for my feedback I still feel like I will post it.
I got tracking for my order and was happy to see it was showing out for delivery today but then noticed that tracking number was going to Florida and I'm in CT.
Emailed them as my guess is they just attached the wrong tracking to my order.

UPDATE they replied pretty quickly and I now have the correct tracking.

Another UPDATE tips did arrive today and look good.

Anyone else having trouble with the website? I tried to order some tips but when I click Checkout.... it goes to a screen with their header but that is all

I just ordered some last week without issue, but I just tried again and experienced the same problem you described. I would wait a while and try again. Or reach out to them, she might not be aware of the problem.

they got back to me that the site had an issue....just put my order in and all went well.
 
I just tried to order another batch and the website appears to be gone. Other sources online all have 50-200% markups, some as high as $10.95 per tip, plus shipping. Can we no longer order direct???
 
Maybe they are updating but the SIB site is doing the same so maybe doing something together???

UPDATE: They are both back up. Just a glitch in the matrix.

this came in today before I got home from work. so excited to put this on a new shaft. now the burden is cutting it down perfectly to 11.5mm.

I just put one of those on a Rhino Must carbon shaft I got a few weeks back. Was going to put it on about a week back as I didn't like the tip that came with it, it was too hard for my taste and I like hard tips. If you saw my posts a week ago about how I had an attention lapse and turned the wrong wheel on my lathe you'll understand why I took a week to finally get that tip installed. Anyway, I use a lot of their tips but never tried the pro version, so decided to try that one this time. Definitely softened the hit up, only shot about 50 shots with it and probably won't shoot it again till after league tonight as it's just a spare shaft for me. I'll either end up with that tip or their soft black for this shaft. Too early to tell at this time.
