A challenge to forum members: Shoot through the curtain

I kind of got wrapped up in a discussion (attacked might be an apt term), for challenging a recent FB post by Stan Shuffettt in which he is pocketing balls with a curtain across the table. He claims that he does "not know where the pocket is." He further claims that he is pocketing balls because of his aiming technique. And his followers claim that without that technique the location of the pocket and the ability to pocket balls is something that cannot be achieved. I maintain that any skilled player knows exactly where the pocket is on a table with uniform dimensions and with 5 pockets visible (where could the 6th pocket possibly be without actually seeing it???). So I did this little demo video but of course, I was immediately told by one of Stan's pupils that I did not cover enough of the table (even though I exactly matched the curtain in Stan's video).

Here is my challenge. I am a B level player and I can easily pocket balls through the curtain as shown in this video. I maintain that any player with at least good amateur skills, and all pro players, would have no problem pocketing balls using this setup no matter what aiming method they use. For me, it is just determining the contact point and sending the cure ball to the appropriate ghost ball position (correcting for spin and throw accordingly of course). I would love to see other demonstrations and get feedback on how difficult this is. Any takers?
You are about 15 years too late. :) I also made a curtain video. The reason this forum doesn't have the CTE arguments anymore is that the most ardent followers have been banned from the aiming forum.

You do have to admit, though, that CTE puts you in an overcut alignment, as shown here:

Wtf? Lol

Nothing better than overcutting the ball and selling out

I don't see any point of doing this. Unless you were putting on an exhibition, proposition shot for money or trying to sell something.

It can be done but I don't see this winning you anything extra in a tournament. Well... maybe if it mesmerized your opponent or acolytes. 🤔

We have a guy who is sort of local that teaches beginners 3 rail kicks and diamond systems that is kind of like this. He's not even particularly good or anything but he has the beginner crowd mesmerized. Of course 90% of the people he shows this to don't even have anything resembling fundamentals or a stroke. 10 minutes showing them how to stand or stroke would pay dividends, but instead he is showing them diamond math and 3 rail kicks.

What he shows is true systems but it's like teaching a dog to play checkers. Sure, that would be neat, but it would probably be better to train them to not shit on the floor first. 😅

I'm still waiting for the MATHEMATICAL PROOF that someone claimed they had, to put all arguments to rest.
Of course it never ever materialized.
Just gotta have faith! Believe it really hard, and the sky's the limit. It's your right to ignore logic and reason. Math and facts are elitist.

It's like 2 squares and they make triangles with edges and middles too if you know the secret. You can also simply triangles until something lines up with the middle of something you can say.
