I would have never found that in a million years. Thank you.

I'm watching Patsura vs. Lechner now on Youtube. First round and two great players matching up. I happen to enjoy the commentary of J. Schmidt and Erik H. from Canada. They stick to the match and know their stuff. I like their clear voices and the humble way they talk about themselves. They both recognize how strong the top players are today and how hard it is to win an event like this. No complaints here.

Watching Chan vs Alcaide. Can't tell if Chan is super nervous or has a tremor. If it's just nerves, what a great lesson in execution. Even though you're really feeling nervous you can still play well.

I watched some of the stream. With 4 1/8" pockets and very deep shelfs, these tables are playing very tight. The runouts will have to be earned.

It's a stiff test, even for the world's straightest shooters.
Yeah tables are playing tough. SVB missed an easy 10-ball in the side pocket and rattled it, the whole crowd was in shock, himself included.

Filler made it look easy though, he was firing balls in at warp speed and getting perfect posiition against Thorpe.

Do you happen to know what size pockets the tables are at PLP?

They said 4 1/2" sides and 4 1/8" corners. Triple tough!

He is going to get nightmares for missing that relatively easy 9 to win the second set and match. Hopefully, he will recover in the third set. Alcaide is not playing his best.

I was gutted for him.
Maybe I spoke too soon but with as nervous as he looked, he was making some good shots despite it.
He's definitely getting the full experience in this match. Alcaide looks to be running away with it now.
