The D's should be filled in black too.
You can order them with that logo.
Black epoxy would fill it but may not match. I think it looks cool as it is. Maybe fill it with glitter so it

Before refilling, it might be a good idea to scuff up the vertical walls so the epoxy has more bite. I'd call up Diamond and ask for their epoxy formula, or a small (unmixed) batch of it, so it will match.

I'll add on to what others have said here, I think it looks pretty cool that way. If Anything I might take it as an oppurtunity to make it really unique and put my favorite sports teams colors in the cavities. Paint fill style. If you absolutely need it to look like the rest of the black the safest bet is to get an unmixed batch of epoxy directly from Diamond but if you don't know what you're doing with it you're not going to love the result. Paint fill much easier and safer for the non skilled epoxy folks.
