It wouldn't be a stretch to think they somehow settled (after the fact of course).
FYI, I just posted a new video with a thorough analysis of the shot and call. Check it out. Here's the new thread where it is posted:
For convenience, here's the video:
Enjoy!
Have to mention that most of the good hits went off the right facing. Haven't you done a clip on how much pocket you actually have?
Great video as always. On the question of FSR not protesting, according to Appleton, FSR told him he couldn’t see the hit because Yapp’s body was in the way. View attachment 897351
A path of the cueball & The reaction of a cueball, one of the two can tell the whole story, I am sorry....it can 100% tell the whole story. While the path of the cue ball does tell the story for this shot, it is not one of the simpler situations, like shooting between two frozen balls. I can see how the ref could be unsure about what a shot would look like if close to a simultaneous hit.
Listen I don't understand anything you said, but it was a foul 1000% - maybe you're trying to justify something there but I got no clue what you were saying.I carefully replicated the shot in slomo and posted a video. The video is in Chinese, but I think the footage alone is enough. If you are interested you can watch it here
The slowmo starts at 1:06, and shows 8-first hit (almost split hit but nonetheless 8 first), 8-first hit (clearly 8-first), 4-first hit.
I understand, that's why I said the footage alone is enough. The footage shows the drastically different behaviors of the cue ball depending on if it contacts the wrong ball first.Listen I don't understand anything you said, but it was a foul 1000% - maybe you're trying to justify something there but I got no clue what you were saying.
