It’s been almost a year now since you said this.
Has anyone been made whole yet?
I’d TAKE 50 cents on the dollar from anyone but I’d only GIVE 2 cents.

The class actions I have been involved with the lawyers got all the money. Hundreds of thousands total. Close to a thousand I was burned. After a few years the members of the class action lawsuit were sent a letter. Send reams of documentation and they would send you a five or ten dollar coupon for something costing many times that where their profit was far more than the amount of the coupon.
I would rather have Wheatbucks, at least I could hang them on the wall for a chuckle!

On the 15th of September at 10:00 am, via a ZOOM HEARING, Donna Salazar, through her Attorney, G. David Davis, is requesting that the Court DISMISS ANY CLAIMS TO ANY PROPERTY{consigned cues and equipment left to Joe Salazar for consignment} left with Joe Salazar after his death, due to a 'LACK OF JURISTRICTION".
You're talking in excess of 1 million dollars worth of cues consigned with Salazar at the time of his death.

The attorney representing Joe Salazar's widow has been licensed for 38 years in family law.
I think it is a wise move for the plaintiff to remove this subject from social media and deal with it another venue.
