I’ve found this clicking sound is usually due to improper prep/gluing of the tip. I know it’s a pain in the ass, but look when it’s time to change the tip. You may find a small area on the ferrule where there was no leather contact. If this isn’t the case, have a qualified cue repairman check it out. There are other things that can cause that sound.Has anyone purchased a Rhino Cue where there’s a very distinctive clicking sound when hitting the balls?
The cue is solid just an annoying clicking sound. Ed
That’s because people are trying to play pool with something meant to be a tomato stake.I'm reading a lot issues with the rhino.

Haha. I had 4 total and 2 went back (with no issue re: warranty obligation) because foam had loose piece inside. That’s because people are trying to play pool with something meant to be a tomato stake.
Both shafts I returned were fine for a bit and then a foam crumb came loose inside.why would any sane person buy products that get issues whether they fix them or not. it tells you about their quality control.
a good company would hit every cue before it went out the door to check it. they dont have to chalk it. if they don't it tells you something.
but having a garden to tomatoes is more ful filling than a shitty cue stick.
Oh...the above refers to the rhino shafts. Both shafts I returned were fine for a bit and then a foam crumb came loose inside.
I was told they discovered the source of the flaw and corrected it and it was early on in the time they began to be sold.
No issues with the replacement shafts.
