I enjoyed both the movies and the books but The Hustler was a masterpiece of cinema which far outshines TCOM. But all things considered, the TCOM was a good movie that helped bring pool back in the lime light. What about a movie about based on Jay Helfert or Danny Diliberto's lives? I am sure...
